the burritos are so small compared to how they used to be in the past. my tortillas both had so much room left for filling and condiments but they just choose not to fully fill the burritos. and for more than $14 per burrito thats crazy to me

One Burrito Bowl had barely anything in it... really skimpy. It was for my daughter and while she didn't choose meat, they could have put a generous amount of the other ingredients she chose. Definitely not worth $13. It is mostly lettuce.

I have never had anything packaged in the way it has been packaged today. Not only was it packaged badly the guacamole taste, old and bland, when I open the tacos, there was nothing but a mess and stuck together.
I know it was delivery, but I would imagine quality and presentation still matter. I don't think I'm gonna order chipotle especially from this specific restaurant anytime soon

Actually disappointed. The carnitas was 5 big chunks of meat instead of being shredded and spread out. The guacamole overpowered the whole bowl and there were huge slices of avocado thrown in.

The Fajita Quesadilla Hack is quite good. The corn salsa is amazing. I'd never tried it, but I will get it again. The staff were helpful during the carry out. I'll be ordering from this particular one again.
