Absolutely loved it, as I always do !!!
But one thing that lets firehouse subs down every time, as they have never included napkins, which are required when you have a firehouse sub
So please, can you include napkins with your order when send it out

French DipFirehouse Steak & Cheese® were delicious. Firehouse Meatball®sub was skimpy,not enough meatballs for a large sub. You shouldn't have to pay for extra meat to fill the sub.

I tried it, had the Club on a Sub™ and the potato soup (weirdly sour for potato soup), and did not personally care for it. I think there are much better sandwich options and was generally disappointed with price, portion, and taste. It was definitly edible so it got a star for that, but I dont recommend spending the money. For what it's worth, my wife liked her Firehouse Hero® and Firehouse Chili, so maybe it comes down to preference.

Firehouse Steak & Cheese® Disgusting. Miniscule Steak, speck of cheese. Sweet tasty-weird for this sub. Threw away. Firehouse Meatball® good meatballs, speckof cheese. Waste of money. Will never order again. Tried again after disappointment and very bad again.

Where's the beef...a bit short on the amount of Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket™ meat. It was hot & fresh just a very small portion on one side of the sub.
