I love the Double Blueberry Pancakes because it is made with real fruit and does not taste artificial like most Double Blueberry Pancakes

The food I received was delicious, the Breakfast Sampler was as advertised bogo free .? The eggs were cooked to my preference . All the meats as well as the other items were fresh.
The Spinach & Mushroom Omelette was not delivered it was missing from my order .
Customer Service was very helpful in regards to the issue. I do recommend IHOP for a great meal. The one hiccup will not keep Me from ordering again.

Ordering a medium rare steak, I received a medium-well/well done, and the 3 eggs over easy were shy one, and more over-medium. There was no syrup, butter, ketchup or jellies included, so you'll need to be very specific on what you wish for. The steak was still very tender, and the portion sizes were ideal.

1. the milkshake was a little bit too sweet for my liking, i would give it maybe a 7.8/10
2. the pancakes was really good but the cheesecake after a while started to taste weird or maybe it was just me but i would get it again. 8/10
3. the freshness of everything was still good and warm when i got it so definitely a 10/10
4. the portion size filled me up very well. 10/10
5. the eggs ( i got scrambled eggs ) could've been better, it kinda didn't have any flavor i had to add my own.

Buttermilk Biscuit & Gravy Combo disappointed in the one biscuit and half cup of gravy. there wasn't enough gravy to cover half of the biscuit. for the price it was not worth it. maybe dine in would have been better but definitely not delivery
