• 11/29/24my order so far has always been good and hot and not a long wait..I do wish the biscuit was a little browner but it's ok..I like how my Bag is always sealed up closed..I normally always give the Tip in cash after my driver arrives.

• 4/14/23Our dasher was fantastic, Jerome is one of the best. KFC has been dropping the ball lately. Fries were dry and flavorless, "extra crispy" chicken was mushy, hardly any spice to the sandwich, and the nuggets were terrible. Like a cheap, flavorless, knock off of chic-fil-a's nuggets.
They get two stars because the food was done quickly, something that rarely happens with restaurants in Brandenburg anymore.

• 4/16/26I ordered 2, 12 piece nuggets and only received 1, 12-piece nuggets. Also, I ordered mashed potatoes and gravy AND an extra container of gravy. I got the extra container of gravy. But, I did not get any gravy on my mashed potatoes.
Food quality was good though.

• 6/27/24Famous bowl half filled. Three pieces of chicken total. Fries were so salty. Just terrible.
