The BIG ARCH™ had very little crispy onions on it to the point where it wasn't noticeable and the cheese was "cheddar" style american cheese. Overall it was alright but for $12, not worth a second try.

it was not worth the money I spent. My Big Mac that I ordered had barely any lettuce and the meat was old and dry. I ordered no salt fries and when they got to me they were basically almost cold. I ordered my son a double cheeseburger with extra pickles and for the money that I paid for the extra pickles he only got one extra pickle. very disappointed

I ordered this Big Mac, and I got a stale burnt bun with plenty of sauce but te kettucelooked like it was rotting. I called them to resolve this issue bu instead the lady who answered my call started cussing at and then hung up.

didn't get what i ordered. happens more often than it should. mcdonald's fault, not the dasher. the fries (that someone else ordered) were not salted enough and one of the nuggets was undercooked and was mushy and gross.

The fries were cold and stale. I ordered unsweet tea and they sent sweet tea. One of the cokes I ordered tasted like cherry coke mixed with Fanta. The burger buns were tough. I don't expect amazing quality, but I at least expect to get something edible.
