It's really great to have dashes from ppl who actually care. Thanks Denise and thanks McDonald's for making so much easier to grab the food! Especially bigger orders. Looks and tastes amazing. Chocolate shake was aaaaammmmmaaaaaazzzzziiinggg! Have a wonderful day!

Finally tried the Big Arch.. should be called the Big Disappointment. Tastes like a Big Mac without the better savory flavor. The large chunks of onion is annoying, and the different bun and the crispy onions did nothing to help salvage it.

I order a medium shake and got a small. ordered a large French Fries and I had to tilt the box so they can be seen in the picture. This is by far the worst McDonald's. morning shift is the only shift that does their job!!

The Dasher had to come from the other side of town to pick up my order, about 12 minutes. And after they arrived at the restaurant they were still kept waiting another 10 minutes. So, you might think, "Oh good, everything's going to be fresh and hot because they had to wait for it." No. I live approximately 4.5 miles from the restaurant, and they were able to come straight to my house, no in-between stops, and everything was room temp, and my ice was mostly melted. Everything pointed to my order was ready when the driver arrived, but bad management allowed my order to sit while employees ignored its priority. This happens a lot with McDonald's.

I'm glad Stephanie is such a great dasher because she helped make this McDonald's meal better. Her quick and accurate service and great communication skills were top notch.
But McDonalds messed up a little:
My 6 piece nuggets only had 5.
Both of my McDoubles buns weren't toasted and they were stale.
My Sprite should have had ice but the way Mickey D's packages the hot food starts melting your ice quickly. NOT THE DASHERS fault, again, Stephanie was great. But this is my third time ordering from McDonalds and each time I am disappointed.
And when I called them they can't do anything about it and I don't want to burden Door Dash, it's not their fault. it was McDonald's fault.
