Ordered the chicken bacon Chicken Bacon Rancher, Sandwich and Soup/Mac, and NEW Coconut Macaroon and everything arrived warm, delicious, and the perfect serving sizes! The NEW Coconut Macaroon is soft and chewy, yet holds well and doesnt crumble! Definitely recommend!

I occasionally come back to Panera in hopes that one day it'll be like it used to, but I'm officially tired of being disappointed by what I get for the price. Today I got a half-full cup of Mac & Cheese (mostly liquid cheese) for $6.99 and a tough Four Cheese Souffle that was clearly a casualty of the defrost/reheat cycle. The Strawberry Lemon Mint Charged Lemonade is delicious as always, but temper your expectations for the food quality.

The French onion soup was not as fresh as usual and I ordered a French onion soup with a bread bowl and I got one of your $.49 pieces of bread with no butter a spoon no napkins. The chicken salad sandwich was excellent. Haven't had the rest, but I was really disappointed the way the French onion soup was presented.

The picture of the new "Steak" salad shows slices of steak on the salad. What I received looked more like shaved beef you'd find on a steak sandwich. My French Onion Soup was little more than onions in a weak beef broth. My wife and I both ordered bread with our meals and that's what the receipt says, but we only received 1 piece of bread and a bag of chips. The chicken noodle soup did not come with and crackers or croutons. Finally, the receipt shows there were napkins in the bag and we received none.

Im pregnant and can't keep much down so I was really looking forward to my order. I ordered a cup of french onion soup which was very good but the sandwich I ordered, the chipotle chicken avocado melt had no avocado on it at all. The sandwich tastes completely different without it, so it's safe to say I'm really disappointed.
