I love Starbucks because their food and coffee are always so delicious and high-quality. They very rarely mess up a DoorDash ordee too, which is a huge plus since I can't say the same about other coffee shops in town. I just really, really wish there was an option to add a straw to my order when I order through DoorDash because I have to ask my Dasher to grab one every time - sometimes they do, sometimes they don't. I have some health difficulties that make it hard to drink without a straw and I don't like having ice dumped into my mouth when sipping my drink. I highly suggest offering straws as an add-on in the online store, especially as Starbucks orders do not take special instructions.

my Banana Walnut & Pecan Loaf was very good, but my drink was very, VERY bitter. I ordered the Chocolate Cookie Crumble Crème Frappuccino® because I know it's sweet and chocolatey, but today it was just wrong. also, my entire order was covered in syrup if some kind and I didn't even have a straw for my drink.

I received my drink with half amount of coffee in it. Idk if they put a ton of whip cream and it melted or what. For $7 not worth it!

Paid .95¢ X 2 for 2 extra pumps of chai. Wanted a spicy chai latte and got the complete opposite. There was no flavor in the almond milk whatsoever.

I ordered ahead of time last night when they were closed. Just needed my morning to go smoothly. To my surprise our food and coffee were hot and absolutely delicious. The driver was right on time. I'm just very impressed.
