I ordered a Pink Drink with vanilla cold foam and it was the ultimate mix between sweet and refreshing. The sizes are just perfect for the prices. Its my go-to drink and I will stay ordering it!!

I ordered the Vintage Gingerbread Latte and a Solo Espresso Macchiato, and both exceeded expectations. The latte offered a warm, well-balanced gingerbread flavor, and the macchiato delivered a clean, bold espresso finish. Highly recommended.

My order was delivered to my home missing a straw, and I was charged an additional 60 cents for crunch topping, yet only a very small amount was included. Prior to placing the order, I called the store to confirm that extra crunch could be added on top and bottom. The employee I spoke with was rude and stated they would not accommodate the request unless I came in person, even though the order was for delivery. Since this was a DoorDash order, coming into the store was not an option. I was disappointed by both the lack of customer service and the inconsistency between what was charged and what was provided. I expect better communication and service, especially when customers are paying extra for add-ons and delivery. I hope this feedback is reviewed and addressed.
