Apart from her husband Yee, his wife "Choy" has worked in several Thai restaurants and is the second primary chef. She enjoys cooking and has always desired to create her own Thai restaurant.
The 9. Fried Shrimp is worth the price, its like a doppelgänger with great flavor, super decent in size, and crispy
The Mango with Sweet Sticky Rice (Seasonal) is probably the highlight to having a great dessert, mochi flavored sticky rice reminds me of a consistency like arroz con leche, the mango is very fresh :)

Meat was dry and chewy to the point of inedible. Noodles were little grease and smell portions for $20. The 41. Thai Fried Rice dish was okay but the meat was dry and chewy also. Ask for level of spices we checked two, but it was at least 4 on the scale of 1/5. Dissatisfied with the food and portions. Finally $9 for four small vegetable egg 8. Vegetarian Egg Rolls

Genuinely amazing it came super hot and super fresh! Most places don't allow modifications like no veggies so I found it amazing when they listened to my preference. I have a really weird problem with veggies, I cannot handle their texture and taste at all so it made me happy eating the meal without them. 10/10, in my opinion the portions are worth the price. I dug into the 5. Siomai before I took the picture there was about 6 or 7 in total!

Everything at Surin Thai is authentic, fresh and delicious.
First time ordering Stir Fry Eggplant with Tofu- sooo delicious.
The yellow Curry with Tofu is always scrumptious.
The Siomai Appetizer is plentiful. All food arrives steamy hot!
