I have never been disappointed with this restaurant. the food is always amazing, and the drinks are superb! super fresh ingredients prepared to perfection.

Super disappointing, mostly just rice, only a few pieces of shrimp. Not like how it used to be at all. Used to love this place and now I'm paying more for literally majority just rice. Will not be ordering from here again. Also they put tapioca in the tea when I specifically just wanted strawberry pearls. Just not good.

Sadly this location failed to match the Eggert location. The spicy Tonkotsu contained no spicy and no flavor. Broth tasted like water with a little milk in it. Honestly the worst ramen I've had anywhere. Just boiled noods and bland pork chunks. Eggs were hard boiled. Smoothy was pretty frozen and low on flavor despite 2 selected flavorings. Avoid this location and drive down the road to Eggert location where everything is always flavorful and tasty.

I've ordered from the other location on Eggert and never had an issue. I know this is a newer location but my order was missing ingredients and there was barely any ingredients in the bowl I ordered.

They included half the amount of broth than usual. Not enough to cover the noodles in the bowl. Super disappointing
