• 4/9/23I have been ordering from this location for quite some time now. Has been great quality throughout. However the past couple times I have noticed a quality issue, not sure if you have all new staff or what is going on. I just ordered a Carolina BBQ Burger which to my surprise has no bbq sauce in it, just a little bit of mayo accompanied with a giant chunk of lettuce, and a missing pickle. Triple O's quality is what differentiates it from other fast food places but I haven't seen that as of lately.

• 5/18/26Original Burger was good as always, but had to briefly heat in the microwave because was bagged beside a cold drink without anyinsulation. You guys normally do better than that.

• 1/20/23the spicy chicken burger tasted like fish, no idea how or why. the food has really gone downhill, it used to be really good. the burger was soggy, fishy, more cheap lettuce leaves than actual burger and it looked like a 5 year old made it. that's it for me as a used to regular customer. Not paying this kind of money for a poor excuse for food.

• 7/5/22The impossible burger was delicious! However, I ordered pickle chips which ended up being out of stock. The pickle chips were replaced with garlic parmesan fries which are uneatable to me as a person who hates parmesan cheese and who is vegetarian. This seemed like a replacement based on dollar value & is a steep leap from what I originally ordered. Disappointing.
