Everytime I order, something is wrong, or is old and cold. The Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger Biggie™ Bag is a good value deal for the portions you get, if the order is made correctly.
The only item that is usually perfect, is the Sweet Iced Tea, but that's only if it is available, a few times they were out it.
Would I order again?

I ordered the spicy chicken with bacon and a large chili. They were out of chili and my Dasher left before I could suggest a substitution. The sandwich itself was supposed to come with 3 pieces of bacon, yet there was only one tiny piece. The tomato was disintegrating into the sandwhich it was that mushy and old. I'm quite afraid to bite into this thing right now.

The service was horrible. I had 2 Spicy Chicken Sandwich Combo both were old and not made how they come. They both came plain with the bud only. I ordered 1 Big Bacon Classic® Combo and did not receive fries. I asked for no tomatoes and they gave me extra tomatoes. The worst experience ever.

This is not a family sized chilli. This is a large which costs half the price but i was still charged full price for it.
