• 4/3/24Food was not secured, bags were open. Food was cold. The #5 Bacon cheeseburger is
supposed to have 3 strips of bacon on it. Both burgers have one strip, cut into 3 pieces. The Onion Rings and French Fries are good, but cold. The Medium Shakes are good!

• 9/21/25No gravy, I ordered 4 gravys. I called the store before I placed my order to ensure they had gravy and was told that if it's on the receipt its in the bag. That is not the case, and this isn't the first time.

• 2/9/26my melt was nasty and fully melted i thought it was a drink that's how bad it was the cinnamon roll was very hard like it was old and so was the brownie it was very hard
