Packaging needs improvement. French fries were mostly out of the basket and in the bottom of the bag. Blue cheese containers were not sealed and one container was all over the inside of the bag.
Wings and fries were tasty. Would have been fantastic if packaging was better.

Lots of oil leaked through to the bottom of the bag, and the mild sauce on our wings wasn't sauce but it was just straight OIL. With a tinge of flavor. Probably explains the huge oil stain on the bag :(

Would have been great but I got the Boneless Meal Deal For 2 (10 chamoy, 5 Garlic Parm, 5 Hot Honey rub) and I added an extra 5 Garlic parm. Instead I got 14 Chamoy and a seperate container of 5 garlic parm no blue cheese and lukewarm fries. 19/25 wings

The Cheese Fries didnt had freshness and the portion was small just for 11$ the taste was good but saggy i will not bw ordering again

i ordered 2 10 piece boneless Wings with 2 flavors of garlic parmesan/spicy Korean Q and the other 10pc with sweet heat chamoy/original hot. I only received hot & garlic Parmesan! then my seal sticker looked like it was tamper with or not put on right and one of my 10pc wasn't even a 10pc smh!
