It used to be almost full of broth.

"Wow, this sushi and wontons were DELICIOUS! Loved that seaweed paper could be substituted for soy paper (hysterically, I don't like the "fishy" taste. Both rolls were super fresh and beautifully presented. The eel sauce is exactly what I expected (thick and sweet). The wontons were crunchy and flavorful. Portions sizes were good and special instructions were followed exactly. I will definitely be ordering again every time I'm back in Amarillo. Thank you!!!"
