The other star markdown is from the prep time. Everything is pre-packaged, not made fresh to order, which should be maybe 5 minutes of prep time - throw items in bag. My Dasher had to wait at the location for close to 20 minutes waiting on my order to be 'prepared' aka placed in a bag.
I do highly recommend the Scratch Dirt Cake Ice Cream (1 pt) though. It's really good!"

I have a severe soy allergy and require most food be made from scratch. They pretty much make everything and I do mean everything from scratch. I know because they went through each item ingredient by ingredient for me. They were so nice and patient it was clearly genuine. I'm grateful because I hate having this allergy and being a bother. They even looked up things and got back with me on them today that they couldn't guarantee in my order yesterday. AND GUESS WHAT ITS SOY FREE AS WELL!! "Ordered on Christmas Eve and the food was great. Though hard to tell the flavors of the peanut gelato with the Nutella and mango since it was in one cup. Tried the Brownies Crepe (6) since it had good reviews and it was marvelously decadent. The Mango Juice and Strawberry Banana Juice were also a hit. We had to divvy up the portions since they were so thick, more like nectar than plain juice. Will definitely order again. "
