My big mistake was forgetting to put the pork in the refrigerator with everything else. I left it in a freezer bag on a table near the couch, and left the room for less than 2 minutes. Really disappointed, I have ordered food from this franchise in ft worth Tx and have never been as disappointed as I am now.
