Could have been much better. It's always good when you eat in the store and can actually see what they are doing so that they don't leave your sandwich on the grill too long. The soup was just okay, however; I also added onion and bacon to the soup which I would not recommend.. it did not need it. There was nothing really bad about the meal, I just felt it was not the best value for the price. I did appreciate that the meal came in a sealed bag, suggesting it had not been tampered with and helping it stay warm. Many food establishments do not seal their bags, containing the food so, I appreciate that Potbelly Sandwich does this."
