Pollo saltado was very skimpy on the pollo and lacked seasoning. Chicharron de pescado was surprisingly tasty, loved it. They gave us way too many little cups of green sauce. Due to the nature of the fish, the texture was also lacking the fibers that meat typically has. Overall, mixed feelings.
