"Mushy broccoli again. This is the tiniest 6 oz sirloin I've ever seen and my dad and I order from Outback once a week. The steak is very tough and chewy this time. But I chanced it with the cheap Outback Center-Cut Sirloin* rather than the much more expensive ribeye, New York or filet.
