Hint: maybe order the steak rare and the eggs over easy. You can cook them longer at home if you like. And the sirloin tips were super tender and flavorful, too. "Usually The Big Biscuit is of my favorite spots but today everything other than the side of Fresh Fruit - Regular (strawberries + bananas were great) was off. The scrambled eggs in the French Toast Platter were not cooked thoroughly and were slimy and watery. The hash browns had a crispy layer but were completely raw underneath. On top of that – the french toast was delivered cold. I'm not sure what happened today – but for $30 this was a bummer."
