"Rolls are really heavy on the rice. They come out looking incredibly huge but it's 60% rice. The rice ends up becoming a foundation for the roll to sit upon.
Aside from having a ton of sauce on everything, there's no variation to flavor or structure.
Shrimp tempura inside is hard and chewy and tastes a lot like the Kirkland frozen Shrimp Tempura. Like it's not even from JFC's frozen lineup, which is pretty good for frozen. The unagi on top of the Large Dragon and Millionaire rolls were very little. It's missing the fluffy charred meat that the best part of having unagi. Then the tuna on the Princess roll was only on half of the roll with an uneven cut compared to the unagi next to it.
It's definitely American-style. But rather expensive for huge rolls of rice.
There is nothing wrong with the *quality* of the ingredients themselves (except for the tempura shrimp). It is simply the construction of the rolls themselves are lacking in variation and needs less rice."

"Although I have ordered delivery from De Colores several times, I decided to pick up my order this morning, because I had never actually been to the restaurant before. I was so surprised by the quality of the establishment! The exterior is nice and welcoming with a clean parking lot and an outside patio area. However, I was extra impressed by the interior, which I found to be wonderfully appointed and decorated. I loved seeing the paintings, photos, murals, and old rifles. There’s also plenty of seating for a restaurant of this size and a nice bar. So, make sure to bring your friends and family.
The gentleman who greeted me was extremely friendly and told me a bit about the history of the business and the old rifles, which I loved learning about. He also mentioned that they have karaoke on Friday and Saturday nights from 7pm-midnight! Super fun!
How’s the food? Let me tell you this: The Breakfast Super Burrito is quite literally the biggest breakfast burrito I've ever seen! Now, I don’t know if it’s always like this, but wow! The flavor was fantastic and was made even better by the fresh salsa, sour cream, and guac. The side of tortilla chips was excellent as well; super light, super crunchy, fresh and tasty. Take this next bit with a grain of salt because I don't actually know what they attempted to give me as a side sauce. It's definitely mayo-based, but it wasn't spicy if it was supposed to be spicy mayo and it wasn't thick if it was supposed to be anything else. It was so thin and bland. Very liquidy. Disgusting. They gave me two small cups of it, unfortunately.
Look, for $63, this was totally not worth it and complete trash. I hope others have a better experience. I'm done with this place."
