The New Yorker, Ordered on an Onion Bagel Toasted, I guess they don’t Toast the bagels still white no signs of bagel being toasted. VERY STINGY with ingredients hardly can see items {Sprouts which charged extra for} in the bagel but they put a EXCESSIVE amount of cream cheese. ⭐️rating for the Bagel. I will probably stick with BAGEL KITCHEN {Meet me in New York} when it comes to ordering this bagel .

"This was a pickup order that was a total waste of time and money. The store was slammed, disorganized, and my order was handled very unprofessionally.
I waited at the empty DoorDash counter for about 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me, then was told they had “unplugged” DoorDash and needed to see my phone, making me go back to my car and wait again. After all that, my food came out late, room temperature, and clearly not freshly made. The bagel dog was embarrassingly skimpy, the bagels were not toasted, there was barely any honey butter, and everything tasted off compared with how this place used to be.
This was my second bad experience in a row with the same order, after previously being told through a locked door that they were sold out and to “take it up with DoorDash” even though I’d already been charged. Between both visits I’m out around $80, the iced coffee was basically just ice with a little coffee, and every corner that could be cut was. After coming here since childhood, it hurts to say it, but I will not be returning"

"Their açaí bowls are the best in town---acai base is smooth, not icy like some places. Fruit is always plentiful, fresh and sweet. The only negative is that the bowls sometimes disappear from the Door Dash menu for a day or two. Not sure if it's because demand outstrips supply at times, or it's a DoorDash/computer glitch.
