Missing straw for drink. I think this is second time. Wings are great. Fries are good and blue cheese has nice flavor. Just please provide a straw, thanks

Bone-In Wings combo was missing extra order of fries. Boneless Wings combo order was missing the extra order of fries as well. One of the side of fries I got was just a handful. The Wings on both orders were overcooked. Hard to chew. I've had way better experiences in the past but this place has gone very downhill recently. Will not be ordering again.

At no fault of theirs the wings are just too fat. I like my wings smaller and for the size that they are they need to cook them longer. Also I thought I had ordered the 32 pack of wings and it came with celery and dressing not fries. So I ordered a side of fries that we didn't need. The 12 pack of their dessert was also under cooked and the cake itself was falling apart. The whole order just wasn't appetizing at all and we were hungry from working in the yard all day and this didn't pass the test.

The bone in and boneless wings are good. However the smoked wings aren't smoked they use liquid smoke GROSS and the French fries are always disgusting, hard and soggy at the same time. They should offer wings without fries for less money.

The wings were severely over cooked. If you are promoting the just wings portion of the chilis restaurant you might want to ensure that the wings aren’t hard as a rock and inedible. Very disappointing probably won’t order from here again.
