very small amount of fries after paying $7 for a regular size. didn't even get a full cup of fries and they are completely undercooked

they barely put any fries at all. the cup wasn't full, let alone putting an overflowing amount of fries in the bag like every five guys in the world. paying 5.50 for 5 mouthfuls of fries is a joke. don't even include ketchup packets with them or the option to ask for it. will not be ordering again. this is the third time I've given this location the benefit of the doubt and they skimp out on the amount of fries each time

i have eaten five guys for years and love their burgers and fries and their burgers are so fresh and they give you more than enough fries and i would order again but they are pretty pricey

Soggy buns so terrible. Fries greasy and salty. The quality has gone down. It used to be our favorite burger place.
