• 16/10/26I'm from Texas, lived in Cali for over a decade and consistently find it difficult to get good Mexican food here but this is amazing! I was blown away, great portions, great prices, real tamales, I'll definitely order again!

• 24/05/26Best chicken tacos around. Never can go wrong with ordering from here. The tacos are full of chicken and vegetables and everything arrives very hot and fresh! I've ordered from here at least 20-30 times

• 17/09/26I love the Barbacoa!! on everything they offer, especially Sopes and the 9. Burritos . Taqueria El Alteno has THE BEST Salsa Verde around for sure.
Churros (3) are so satisfying. Crispy on the outside and the inside filling isn't overly sweet.

• 8/06/26⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If I could give El Alteño 1,000,000 stars, I would! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I have ordered from El Alteño I & II Taqueria several times through DoorDash, and I can honestly say this is the best Mexican food I've ever had in my life. Every single order has been absolutely incredible.
The tacos are packed with flavor, the meat is always tender and perfectly seasoned, and the fresh cilantro, onions, and toppings take everything to another level. You can tell this is authentic Mexican food made with pride and tradition. Every bite tastes like it was made fresh just for you.
What amazes me most is the consistency. Whether it's my first order or my tenth, the food always arrives hot, fresh, and delicious. That's rare these days. The portions are generous, the ingredients are high quality, and the flavors are unforgettable.

• 15/10/23I order here all the time, and everything is always beyond good. The salsa is so flavorful, the 5. Tostada with potato is one of the best things I've ever eaten, and the Churros (3) are a godsend. I will continue to order again and again!
