I really like this place, Unfortunately quality has gone down the last few months I have purchased from here. The fish in my bowls have arrived with bad smells, off taste, and other ingredients in my bowls will smell off as well. Very unfortunate and I hope this does not last forever .

Soup is basic but good broth , the Side of Surimi Salad taste like freeze burned meat that got unthawed . The meal itself is some ive order many places im confused why it was cold , ive always had it hot.

Bowl was completely dry. No ponzu sauce was in the bowl or on the side. So basically a bowl of dry rice with plain chicken and tuna on it.

I love Pokeworks. I really do. But this is the second time I've ordered the sauce/flavor on the side -- so I have control of the amount used -- and it's been left entirely out of the order. Again, second time it's happened in 10 orders and the food is just not the same "dry". 5 stars when they get it right. 2 when they don't.
