• 12/09/23I said this after I ordered last time but these subs are pricey (more so on doordash) and the in-store price and quality is better so I think I'll stick to in store purchases. Taste good but sloppy and separated after being handled making the sub difficult to eat and light on toppings.

• 2/06/26The Hook and Ladder tonight was outstanding and the best yet. It was made absolutely perfect and the bread was super soft. Amazing and the price was marvelous as well.

• 10/01/24Potato soup was only broth, almost no potato , cheese, bacon. Sandwich was tough and as usual Firehouse included zero napkins.

• 3/10/25I ordered a BOWL of chili with different cheeses yet was given a CUP with hardly any cheese in it at all. I was also given a fork, no spoon. Very disappointed and annoyed.
