Unfortunately, one of the worst meals I have had. We requested extra crispy fries and received the literal opposite. I'm not even sure they made it to the deep fryer. The french dip only had meat added to half of the sandwich, which is fine because someone mistook dry-aged with just dry. I would have used the aus jus to moisten the meat, but a salt lick was added to the aus jus. It also took over an hour and a half to receive the food. The honey mustard was good though.

Meat was a little dry but also fatty. Bun could have been more toasted. But overall still made a decent lunch for the price. LOVE their fries!

Fries were not only soggy but undercooked. They gave us the butt of the sourdough and turned it outwards so there was no toast on it at all. The chicken is rubbery and overcooked. The bacon is floppy and the burger is swimming in mayonnaise. Not sure what happened to quality control, used to be one of our favorites.

The Sweet Potato Fries were burnt. I wanted extra crispy not black. The Prosciutto Mac and Cheese was awful. The cheese separated and the bottom of the container had about a cup of oil in it. The was one of the worst meals I've had. I actually didn't eat it.
