• 9/11/25Any choice on the menu is going to be delicious. The portions are generous, and if you're like me, you will get an extra meal with the leftovers. If it's your first time here, you will definitely be back.

• 21/05/25The alfredo pasta and pizza were very bland. We added our own salt and garlic power to try and make it better. They forgot the onions on pizza. The portions were large and their bread is fantastic. They put my salad in the same bag as my hot pasta so my salad was warm. Yuk! Unfortunately, we will not be ordering from them again.

• 8/04/23Very disappointed. They forgot my Loaf of Bread ($7.25), the Sauteed Spinach for $13.95 was $4 worth of spinach. The $15.25 Mixed Vegetables was not worth the $15.25, but it wasn’t as sparse as the spinach. The Veggie Deluxe Pizza quoted as $17.85 ended up being $28.25 - I’m assuming in was $11 extra because I added broccoli and spinach, but those toppings weren’t even on the pizza (even if they were - $11 extra?!). The cheese pizza was not $14.60, I was charged $19.80 for some reason. The Hot Buffalo Chicken Wings were quoted as $13.05 - I was charged $25.65. The Chicken Parmigiana Sub was quoted as $15.25 each - I was charged $38.30 for both. The restaurant staff was completely uncooperative and rude when I called to let them know the order was not correct - they were talking about me/the order in the background (learn to use mute), and they offered nothing at all except told me to call DoorDash. Franco’s customer service really needs to be stepped up. DoorDash has not been helpful with this either - which is very surprising. I have been going to Franco’s since 1998, but this is enough for me to never return. Unfortunately, it has been going downhill for quite some time (increasingly rude staff over the years, and kitchen staff does not wear gloves.😳🤢)
