I got the Rancho Chimichanga, for $19 there is not a better deal in kingston/saugerties area. portion size of rice and beans, are absolutely HUGE, which is rare in modern day. and chips w salsa came i think complementary? Taste is a 10/10, freshness 10/10, and i will most definitely be ordering from them again.

Enormous portions, amazing textures, totally fresh produce and meats, unique combinations and something for the veg and meat eaters in our home. Staff is always friendly and food is always perfect. Can't wait for the next excuse to order.

Ordered the chimichanga in the casa Vallarta combo. Got a burrito the size of my foot. Not at all good. The guacamole was 1/10 avocado, 4/10 onion and 5/10 tomato and I could eat it with a fork, but it wasn't good, so I didn't. The burrito meat was greasy and I couldn't eat it. My kids order was cold. Pick another Mexican place. This one doesn't care.

I believe we ordered Enchiladas but they had no red sauce. None on the side. The rice and beans were amazing. Your salsa and salt free chips are better quality than most I have had in this area. Very generous portions. I will order again. : )
