I was so shocked to see that a turkey club costs $20 these days. I looked for a place with more affordable prices and Charlie's did not disappoint. The club was great! I couldn't imagine what any of the other stores could have done better. Will be ordering again :)

I always get the Greek Chicken Salad but this time it was not good the chicken was so chewy and I bit into a tendon that really grossed me out. I ended up only eating the salad no chicken. the lettuce was so little. I haven't ordered in a while and did not expect it to be this bad.

Charlies Burgers is usually very good. They offer a wide variety of foods to choose from. We recently discovered Charlie's and have been eating there quite frequently.They have some great employees, who are willing to go above & beyond to take care of their customers, especially a young man who works the front counter. I wish I knew his name bcuz he definitely deserves recognition. Not sure what went wrong tonight in the The kitchen though!!!???Bacon Cheeseburger modifications that I made to both of my DBC were not followed. I literally received dry buns with 2 dry meat patties, there was not even Bacon on the burgers and It seems like they just dumped a whole lot of seasoned salt on the fries, not sprinkled around, literally dumped in one spot!!
Really disappointing Charlie's! Especially when the kids are looking forward to a certain something and it's not what they wanted or what we paid for. Kitchen staff needs to pay closer attention to customers orders and food modifications.

The inion rings were soggy not crunchy and ususally they are good but felt like they gave me from bottom of bag.. the ham was soury maybe going bad not surewhat happened but i love this place but this is twice they fail the order
