Today we had a very bad experience. We went to pick up our order. We arrived and were told that our order had already been picked up. We told them that it wasn't there, that we had to pick it up ourselves. One person, I don't know if she was the manager or someone, but she was rude and said that they couldn't do anything about our order. We told her that we paid almost $100 for our order, and then another person who was working there said, "Oh, we're already working on your order."

the patties on my guacamole bacon thickburger were clearly rotten. they had a moldy sour putrid flavor and strange texture. thankfully i noticed before swallowing any. i tried several times to call and warn them them so they can identify and not use the bad meat but they did not answer.

Great food and the steak Steak & Egg Burrito Combo is worth the price. Don't get the $4 orange juice though, rip off.

the big hamburger had sweet pickles for some reason which made it taste off and the famous star with cheese had bbq sauce even though I didn't want it nor order it like that

Chicken tenders were hot and fresh and the spicy chicken sandwich was delicious! My fries were cold and kinda soggy and they forgot my sauce but still super good other than that.
