• 13/07/26The fries were old and rubbery. The bun was hard and stale. The hamburger patty had slid halfway out and then the box was closed on it so it was broke in half and not in the box. The pie tasted funny. This is the first time the food was bad. It's usually really good.

• 3/12/24This is a very good location! Their meals are almost always correct, fresh, and quick. They almost always leave off the ingredients I don't want, and they are good quality too. I'm impressed because I had mostly bad results with McDonalds when I lived in the Bay Area, but this Clearlake McDonalds is great. The people are friendly and professional too.

• 25/02/25The nuggets were disgusting. They were dry and tasted like sawdust smells. They were also discolored, overcooked, and hard. I regret ordering them lately! The fries were ok, just a bit overcooked. The cheeseburger was made correctly and tasted good. The prices don't reflect the portion sizes nor the quality, sadly. I guess this will help me stop eating junk food so much.

• 20/01/25Clearlake really has the best McDonalds. I used to live in the Bay Area, which had hit or miss service, but the order is always right, the food really does taste fresh, and the people are always friendly to me.

• 3/11/22When I first moved to Clearlake and ordered in early August, I was pleasantly surprised that the chicken nuggets were juicy and fresh as were the fries. So I continued to order from them nearly every week, especially as I worked from home, and found it a nice treat. But now I'm noticing that the chicken nuggets are dry, hard, and overcooked. I like my nuggets tender and juicy. The fries, also, have often been only half full, lacking salt, and almost always either burnt or just bone dry even when they aren't burnt. The burgers are usually pretty good if the patties aren't overcooked. I still give three stars because my orders are usually done right, even my specialized burgers.
