Delicious, hot, and included everything ordered. The chicken was crunchy on the outside, juicy on the inside. The rolls are awesome, warm, buttery, and so good! Great creamy mac'n'cheese. Tasty mashed potatoes with a white pepper cream gravy. The best touch is they were out of an item I ordered and called me personally to substitute it. Thanks for the great customer service!

No complaints about the food HOWEVER...we have ordered from here twice. Both times, we have substituted gravy for alternative sauces and paid for extras of those sauces. None of the sauces were added with our food, and we received gravy instead each time. Not a super big deal, but because we are paying nearly a dollar for each sauce we add, it's disappointing. Food is good, the issue is just not receiving everything we paid for.

What a TOTAL disappointment! The livers were so small you can barely see them. Seriously I mean tiny. I only ordered here because Heart's showed as closed on the app. Next time I'll just wait until Hart's is open. Screw Chicken Express. It definitely is NOT worth my money.

Chicken was stale, like it was left over from lunch. Okra was also stale. Made me sad because Chicken E is my favorite chicken place
