Cava is very consistent-one of the reasons it's our 'go-to' when we don't feel like cooking. We love that everything is fresh, we can choose dressings on the side, our order is customizable AND done/prepared correctly- thank you!

CAVA consistently delivers a great balance of flavor and fresh ingredients. I ordered the Greens + Grains Bowl, which is a fantastic choice if you like to keep an eye on nutritional content—it offers a really satisfying, macro-friendly meal without feeling heavy or sacrificing taste. The ingredients tasted incredibly fresh and well-prepared.
The Cucumber Mint Lime drink was a standout; it's perfectly crisp, refreshing, and not overly sugary. To round things out, I grabbed the Greyston Brownie, which was wonderfully rich, fudgy, and the perfect sweet treat to follow up a healthy bowl. Overall, a great meal that hit all the right notes. Highly recommend!

I made a build your own Greens + Grains Bowl, and the rice was HARD and stale tasting. The rest of the bowl was fine. The side pita was stale, too. And the brownie is tiny, not at all worth the $3.50+ you pay.

This place is amazing! The quality is great and the portion is perfect! 10/10 recommend! I get the build your own Grains Bowl! The garlic sauce is to die for!!

None of the ingredients seemed fresh, the falafel was hard and stale, they barely put any protein in, they gave me the wrong rice and the wrong greens, and they forgot the pita. i used to love this location, but it seems like the quality has gone way down hill, I've had issues the last few times ordering. I think The Simple Greek is much better and I won't be ordering from this Cava anymore.
