Once again, the order arrived without a biscuit; this makes five times now. Why are they doing this and then charging full price? The menu says biscuit and gravy, but they are sending me only a little bit of lumpy, disgusting gravy. I called the store, and they claim they do not personally check the orders for quality assurance. They weigh them and claim it is proof the order went out correctly. I spend hundreds of dollars a month with DoorDash, and yeah, this is just pennies, but it is the principle of the thing. If that is the issue with Wendy's, I will never order again, and I recommend everyone else proceed with caution if ordering through delivery apps. Fired up!🤣

Both wraps were hard, chicken was rock hard, couldnt even eat it... and both were half the size from what ive gotten before and torn apart..

Ok, Do NOT order from this location at late night or near closing per DD. Deluxe had mayo. cheeseburger had no mustard and had excessive ketup. bag riddled with ketup packs almost on purpose. 2nd time I've ordered at these hours given my position and the same results. (Management - check out what's going on with these kids)

The baconator had no bacon and barely no cheese. Everything else like the nuggets and frostys were perfect but not the burger.

Got the daves single burger meal. Burger was fresh and tasted great!! Fries still warm too !!
