We always get great sandwiches from Potbelly and we just paid $50 for barely anything. I called potbelly and they apologized immensely and that we need to go through here to get a refund.
The wreck had nothing on it and the blta barely had anything too. Please consider this as we don't feel this was a satisfying purchase.

Best sub I've had in a long time. The potato soup was also delicious! Make sure to order extra meat, not because there's not enough of it but because you won't be able to get enough of it! I'll be ordering full sizes next time. The bread and veggies on the sub were also delicious and fresh.

clearly a chunk of the sub is gone - they're usually MUCH longer in size. which is unacceptable considering how much they charge.

Potbelly is my go to sub shop- always impressed with the polite and prompt service as well as the consistent quality of the food! If you ask any of my friends, I will not shut up about how legit this place is.

Took 10 minutes longer than expected and my door dasher said the employee kept skipping over my order to help new customers as the entered the store. My sandwich was missing ingredients and had barely any lettuce on it, as shown in the picture.
