The food is really tasty and fresh! I just don’t appreciate how they keep lumping the chicken and biscuits in one box when you order two separate meals. Probably saves them money but highly inconvenient since I didn't order a family style box. This is the second time it happened.
Food is still tasty though.

The spicy chicken sandstorm had two small chicken tenders, a dollop of sauce and no pickles. It usually has a full patty and pickles.

I ordered 2 meals but they put all of the chicken into one big box. It doesn't change that the food was good, but it does change the presentation and when you're ordering two separate meals, you didn't ask for a family box.

There's always SOMETHING wrong. Either the side is wrong or its messed up or cold. Either the chicken is over fried and skinny orits undercooked and weird. If everything is correct.... something is missing. it's a RARE OCCASION that everything is right. This time, the tenders were small and dry, the shrimp were badly cooked and A LOT of bread and the red beans and rice.... had almost all rice with about 5 beans, lol and a thin bottom layer of mashed brown. GOOFY

I ordered a 4 piece spicy it was mild and they only gave me a three piece. The chicken was super dry and the biscuit was cold and hard. I had to throw away my entire meal.
