• 20/09/26I wish I took pictures! that was absolutely amazing! flavorful broth and Pork Belly Confit Bao were so good and pork had amazing smokiness too it. Tonkotsu Ramen was very good and I appreciated how it was packed separately from broth. only negatives I feel you should get at least a whole egg with it not half and noodles were a little stuck together in container making hard to break up but next time I'll just order extra egg!

• 23/09/26the Smoked Chicken Ramen didnt have the same amount of mushrooms as the Tonkotsu Ramen (which was an extra $3 upcharge) not to mention the chicken was too tough and was un-eatable. Highly disappointed with the quality and portion sizes of everything.

• 22/07/26I have ordered 1981 Ramen Bar twice now, and both times I got the Chicken Katsu. First time, it came with three little potato pieces. Like 3 bites of potato. Second time, it came with ONE. For the price, that's completely absurd. You're basically paying $19 for a chicken tender, rice, and one bite of vegetables.

• 3/06/26the Tonkotsu Ramen was very good I got extra noodles and meat with mild spice it was perfect with a little kick. I wasn't sure abt the Pork Belly Confit Bao at first but after a couple bites I can say they are amazing the meat basically melts in your mouth the bun is steamed well and the garnishes add a nice crunch. overall I was very satisfied I would order from here again 10/10!!
