The worst vanilla iced coffee i have ever had from chik fil a. I paid extra for extra vanilla syrup and the coffee arrived looking almost exactly like black coffee and tasted horrible. I had to throw it away. A waste of $6.49

Im sure this chick fil a is great if you go in person but the last two times ive door dashed my sandwich and chicken minis have been very stale. (Like to the point where I have to take the bread off)

Ordered a 3 count chicken strip meal and the the chicken was so small, dry, and shriveled like it had been sitting for a week. Idk why they would serve something that looks like that.

I've uploaded the last four chicken biscuits. I've ordered from the specific location off of Rosa Parks. Also submitted care cases to Chick-fil-A about how awful this particular restaurants biscuits are. My biscuit today was so hard on the bottom around the edges. I couldn't even eat it. In the last 6 to 8 months, their biscuits have gone downhill. They're overcooked. The biscuits are supposed to be buttery and fluffy not hard as a rock.

The smalest, thinest, slice (yes, slice) of chicken I've ever seen. This is not a chicken breast. Extremely rubbery and mushy. Very very disappointed.
