Nice, fluffy, huge potato with a great amount of meat and cheese. cheesy corn was very good as well. The carrot cake cupcake should not be missed, it's amazing!

The burnt ends were just wet, trimmed fat. The corn was chewy and overcooked. The scallions in the sour cream contained the brown, shriveled leaf tips. An unappetizing, unsatisfying, and overpriced meal.

The sandwich was really good, but the beef ribs didnt have any smoke flavor, no seasoning and very little meat on the bones.
Not worth the 33.00. The coleslaw was some of the best i ever had.

We LOVE bbq, but the cuts we got were so FATTY. Especially the burnt ends. It sucks to pay for almost $100 worth of bbq and it be so chewy. It was disappointing for two Jack Stack fans. Hope things improve going forward.

The fries were undercooked, I had to put them in my air fryer. I paid 32 for 2 meats and 1 side. They gave me a small portion of meat, only a few pieces in a small paper tray.
The beans were an extra $6 and they put them in something that I thought was a BBQ sauce container. Very small portions for the price. And the cupcake had a weird smell. Ruined my lunch for sure. Thanks.
