I've eaten CrouchingTiger's food dozens of time. I find the long menu is somewhat varied in success, and even variable from time to time, but thee should be enough choice to satisfy different tastes. My rating is based on today's order. The Szechuan (Yu-shiang) pork is one of the most reliable I've had: spicy and flavorful, with a good balance between meat and vegetables, all nicely cut in thin strips. (The Szechian chicken, which uses different vegetables, is equally flavorful, but seems heavier, generally overbalanced in favornof the chicken). The brown rice made a nice change-of-pace from the white, both quite good. I've found the appetizer selection too lacking in vegetable choices - mainly the spring rolls, which are a bit dull and not always crisp. The scallion pancake, which I had this time is very good when they don't oversalt it or overburn it; today's was excellent.

The Kung pao chicken was mooshy and had too many red peppers. The beef broccoli wasn't as fresh as it normally is, the pot stickers were burnt. The chicken Chow Mein was really good. Overall the food is ok but a little overpriced compared to other Chinese restaurants in the area.

Pork in fried rice was cooked very inconsistent and each pork was either a tiny piece or a large piece. Don't recommend the pork fried rice. Egg rolls are good, can't go wrong with simple spring rolls.

Delicious! The String Bean were flavorful blistered and tender crisp, the pot stickers were perfectly cooked, the Salt & Pepper Tofu had a crunchy exterior and soft, fluffy tofu inside.

Sizzling rice soup was bland. Could use more seafood. BBQ pork chow mein was also bland and contained very little meat. No chopsticks included. Scallion Pancake (1) was decent.
