The 1/2 Rack Pork Ribs were great. True story, I didn't realize they had been delivered for twenty minutes before I got them off my porch. And they were still warm when I got to them! All together, they were filling, and delicious.

Absolutely terrible , pulled pork sandwich was mushy and had a huge hunk of skin and fat in the middle. Half pound of brisket order weighed 5.5 ounces and was basically all fat. Would like my money back.

The 2 meat plate is WAY too expensive for how little meat you get. Best bang for your buck is getting a Texas Taco, but they removed the options to customize the order or order a "make your own".
Overall, disappointing compared to the locations in Durango.

I was disappointed with the quality of the beef brisket I received. Mostly trimmings that would have been thrown away if I had been at the restaurant in person. I especially expected better when I pay a $6 delivery fee despite having Dashpass. Next time I will order from a competitor with a $0 delivery fee.
BTW I appreciate the good communication from the delivery driver.

Moved to Fort Collins from the Hill Country in TX. So glad to have found this place. The meat is great, the sides are delicious, but both pies are terrible. The lemon buttermilk is loaded with way too much salt and the pecan pie somehow has no gooey middle. I don't know any bbq restaurant that can't serve a decent dessert, but this is sure one.
