Maybe it was because it was close to closing time, but every item, except for the soft drink, was the least palatable food I have ever had from any Taco John's I have eaten at in Minnesota or South Dakota. The Taco Burger was 80% a tough, chewy bun and 20% a thin layer of meat, cheese and sour cream. The crispy hard shell taco was plyable instead of crispy and contained every ingredient I had ordered to be removed. In other words, what I didn't want in my taco was in my taco! The receipt listed every ingredient I didn't want included and that it was in a crispy shell. Finally, the churro was stale and chewy. What a disappointment and bad food that certainly wasn't worth what I paid for it. I hope the management running this particular restaurant reads this review and acts to correct the quality of the food going out the door or through the drive up window.

The taco salads were very small; they only filled the bowls about half way and they skimped on the meat. The potatoes were very over seasoned. If you forget to ask for light seasoning be prepared for a mouthful of salt with every bite! Also the churros were overcooked.

it was disgusting. the chips tasted old and stale. the chips have alwas been sent separately but it arrived stuffed in a container too small and too much beans and almost no meat. it was just a d soggy disaster

Again...no churros. the cup of cinnamon bits (or whatever they are) were horrible...doughy and tasteless. One of the tacos was out of wrapper and just tossed in the bag. What the heck is going on with Taco John's. Used to be so good.
