Even though I ordered a full bouquet of fresh flowers, which are beautiful, I had placed my order with the delivery man not available for a few hours, and they were kind enough to drive away away from their location to mine after hours, and I was handed my full bouquet of flowers directly to me at my door. Even with the delivery man being unavailable for a few hours, when I placed the order, they still made an effort to get me my bouquet Even while they were closed and it was a little bit of a distance very kind. They even asked if I wanted a note to come with it and they personally wrote a note themselves and had it so that it was ready to go once it was handed to me. 
Very excellent customer service.
