wow!!! the entire order was correct!! there wasnt an excessive amount of lettuce, the tomatoes are ripe & red.. a decent amount of meat. the meat to veggie ratio is perfect. the bread is fresh, the cheese is correct. all the veggies & meat are distributed equally, not just clumped in one area (eehhemm, like a certain sub(way) shop.) nothing is soggy. we usually order the cheesesteaks, which are also amazing. i'm speechless. perfect, tasty order!!

Authentic. That's all that I had to say. From the moment you rip the bag open and roll out the aluminum foil of El Chimi the smell just brings you back to your first street chimi. That first bite of the burger meat was well seasoned. The green tomatoes just added to the flavor.
I can't wait to order this again in two weeks.
This truly was satisfying.
I recommend the Side Mozzarella Sticks since the closest thing to Quesso Frito with it.
