Every time I come to the Hungry Howies in Eaton Rapids, I am super pleased!! Positive attitudes(SINCERELY too!), short wait time, delicious food every time, all of employees are helpful, courtious, and pleasant! They're on top of the orders, no confusion as to what's happening with which order- they all communicate effectively, clearly! lol. I Door-Dash there frequently and they require we use a pizza bag for every order to ensure the food stays hot which I respect that entirely. I wish I knew the kids name that always helps me whenever I go there, because he deserves recognition! He is always very sweet/professional, he calls me "ma'am" lol. Wonderful store, great people/experience, delicious food, fast/convenient! Little Caesars bext door should be embarrassed lol they're the opposite of all of the above.

Cookie had a bad taste, wet and undercooked. No icing with the cinnamon breadsticks. Called the location, they gave no attempt at compensation or resolve for the missing icing cup. Continued to tell me that Dasher would have to come back. And that I paid thru the app so no credit or replacement at a future time was possible.

The pizza was great but I didn't receive the Pepsi I ordered but pizza was fresh pepperoni was placed perfectly on the pizza and would order again just not the Pepsi

No-bowl pizza was delicious. Great for diabetics.
Sweet BBQ boneless were also delicious.
