The grandma style pizza is essentially a sheet pan pizza characterized by a thin and crispy crust, and sauce on top of the cheese. It is primarily a New York/New Jersey thing. The "square slice".
They serve an absolutely spectacular rendition here. Excellent dough baked into a thin, crispy on the bottom crust that is still substantial enough to handle the ample amount of cheese and toppings. No shortage of either, this thing is loaded up. They finish theirs with a drizzle of their phenomenal pesto. Flavor on flavor on flavor. Truly delicious. This is the real deal.

I absolutely love San Giuseppe pizza my favorite is the Bianca neve well done with fresh garlic it's so delicious I got my mom obsessed with this place too now we order 3 times a week next is calzone the cheese one with olives and spinach super good and the sandwiches are amazing too you must try it for yourself you won't regret it

ordered 1/2 grandma Half Size Grandma Pizza 12" with numerous toppings...pieces ware barely cut and HUGE...2 pieces looked like they didn't match the rest of the pizza...soggy on that side...a disaster...the ddesert Chocolate Mousse Bombwas tasty....68 whopping bucks...a frozen one wouldve been better...wouldnt get again...should not have strayed from my top 3
